Rules and Terms

By booking or using Dippons Dog Park you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the Facility

Dippons Dog Park is a private secure dog exercise field available for hire by dog owners for recreational purposes only.
Use of the field is subject to:
  • A valid booking
  • Payment in advance
  • Compliance with these Terms of Use
The person making the booking accepts responsibility for all persons and dogs attending during that booking.

2. Recreational Use Only

In accordance with planning permission for the site:
  • The field may only be used for recreational dog exercise.
  • Dog training classes, organised group sessions, events or commercial activities are not permitted without prior written permission.

3. Booking Rules

  • All sessions must be pre-booked online.
  • Sessions are private and exclusive to the person who booked them.
  • Bookings are non-transferable.
  • The person booking must attend the session.
Maximum 5 dogs per session unless agreed in advance.

4. Opening Hours

Opening hours are restricted by planning permission.
January – March:
08:00 – 19:00
April – October:
08:00 – 20:00
November – December:
08:00 – 19:00
Access outside these hours is strictly prohibited.

5. Arrival and Departure

Customers must:
  • Arrive no earlier than their booking time
  • Leave promptly at the end of the session
This ensures privacy for all users.
Late arrivals cannot extend their session.

6. Parking

In accordance with planning requirements:
  • No parking is available on site
  • Visitors must use the Pavilion car park
Users must ensure they do not obstruct public rights of way or neighbouring properties.

7. Supervision of Dogs

Owners must:
  • Remain present and supervise their dogs at all times
  • Maintain control of their dogs
  • Prevent aggressive or dangerous behaviour
Dogs must not be left unattended.

8. Dog Health

Dogs must not attend if they:
  • Have an infectious illness
  • Have diarrhoea or vomiting
  • Are suffering from parasites or disease
Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are appropriately:
  • vaccinated
  • wormed
  • flea treated

9. Waste and Cleanliness

Owners must:
  • Pick up all dog waste immediately
  • Dispose of it responsibly
Failure to clean up after your dog may result in Cleaning Charge and refusal of future bookings.

10. Field Conditions

The field is a natural outdoor environment.
Surfaces may be:
  • uneven
  • muddy
  • slippery
Visitors must wear appropriate footwear and take care.

11. Equipment

Any equipment or play features are for dog use only.
Children or adults must not climb or use equipment.
Damage caused by misuse may result in charges.

12. Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.

13. CCTV

CCTV does operate on the premises for:
  • security
  • safety
  • monitoring compliance with booking rules

14. Liability

Use of the facility is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.
Dippons Dog Park and the landowner accept no liability for:
  • injury to persons
  • injury to dogs
  • loss or damage to property
  • vehicle damage
Visitors are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their dogs at all times.

15. Right to Refuse Access

If these terms are breached Dippons Dog Park reserves the right to:
  • refuse bookings
  • cancel sessions
  • remove visitors
